You will only have to browse for the image file, adjust its transparency, padding, rotate it, and others. The options for an image watermark are a bit simpler. If you insert a text, the window will feature options for changing the font, its size and color, setting a transparency level and more. No matter which one you choose, a new window will be brought up where you can make a series of settings regarding the watermark's look. The watermarks can be either text or image and they can be added by clicking an Add button in the lower left corner of the window. Switching between image previews can be done by clicking on different entries in a files list, in the upper left corner of the window. After adding your images by browsing for files or whole folders, you can preview them on the larger area on the right side of the window. The software allows watermarking multiple images in one run. System requirements are not high, so there is no need to upgrade your system just yet. It can be installed in less than a minute and it is compatible with all the popular versions of Windows. You can get a freeware version of uMark by downloading a zipped file which is 3.52 Mb large. Instead of loading an image with an advanced, complicated and maybe expensive software in order to simply add a watermark, you can use uMark for a simpler and faster process. A watermark will not prevent someone from downloading an image, but it will display your name or other information in case it is being used without your knowledge. Professional images and photos are always in danger of being used by other people without the artist's consent.
